第5回彩の国大会は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響が日増しに拡大していることから、大変残念ですが大会開催中止を決定いたしました。

当初は、4月末を目途に開催可否の判断を行うべく、できる限り準備・調整してきました。しかしながら、4月7日に政府の緊急事態宣言が発令され、7都府県で市民への外出自粛の要請、大会会場となるニューサンピア埼玉おごせ体育館も5月6日まで利用できなくなりました。

現時点では5月以降に感染拡大が収まり、大会日に会場利用が可能となるのか見通せていません。
また、ウイルスについてはまだ不明な点が多く、大会参加者、地元、応援の方々、そしてスタッフの安全が必ずしも担保されていない状況での大会開催は困難であるという判断をしました。

トレーニングに励み彩の国の攻略に努力を重ねてこられたランナーの皆様、エントリーいただいたボランティアの皆様には大変残念なお知らせとなりお詫びいたします。

一日も早くこの感染症が終焉し、来年には彩の国が開催され皆様にお会いできる事を楽しみにお待ちしています。

今回の参加費、追加駐車場費については、一部返金をいたします。詳細についてはおって申込されていた皆様へご案内いたしますので、今しばらくお待ちいただきますようお願い致します。
今後とも皆様のランニングライフが続けられ健康が維持されることをお祈りいたします。

最後になりますが、新型コロナウイルス感染症により、お亡くなりになられた方々に心よりお悔やみ申し上げるとともに、罹患された方々が1日も早く回復されることを切に願っております。
また、この瞬間も多くの命を救うため献身的な努力をされている医療従事者に感謝と敬意を表したいと思います。

Cancellation of the 5th Trainic-World 100mile & 100km in Sai-no-Kuni

We regret to inform you that the 5th Sai-no-Kuni Congress has been cancelled due to the growing impact of the new coronavirus infection.

Initially, we have been preparing and adjusting as much as possible to make a decision on whether or not to hold the event by the end of April. However, on April 7, the government declared a state of emergency, requiring citizens in seven prefectures to refrain from going outside, and the New Sun Pier Saitama Ogose Gymnasium, the venue for the Games, was unavailable until May 6.

At this time, we do not foresee whether the spread of the infection will cease after May and the venue will be available for use on the day of the event.
In addition, there are still many unknowns about the virus, and we have decided that it will be difficult to hold the event when the safety of the event participants, locals, supporters, and staff is not assured.

We would like to apologize to all the runners who have worked hard in training and made every effort to capture the Aya-no-Kuni and to all the volunteers who entered the race.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Sai-no-Kuni next year, when this infection will end as soon as possible.

A partial refund will be given for this year’s participation fee. The details will be announced to those who have applied, so please wait for a while.
We hope that you will continue your running life and maintain your health.

Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt condolences to those who lost their lives as a result of the new coronavirus infection, and I sincerely hope that those affected by the disease will recover as soon as possible.
I would also like to express my gratitude and respect for the health care workers who are dedicated to saving so many lives in this moment as well.
